Sierra joined Motive in 2021, after five years as a project manager and as a business analyst specializing in US/Canada cross-border trade logistics, including freight, fulfillment, warehousing, regulatory documentation, and more. Her skills in complex client services, business administration, and database management are brought to the fore each day as a Project Coordinator for Motive and its international clientele. 

Sierra’s international experience includes a formative early career position as an au pair in France, serving numerous families from diverse backgrounds. 

Sierra holds ​​an Associate degree in Arts and Sciences from Whatcom Community College, and is a dedicated volunteer with Girl Scouts USA. In her free time, Sierra loves creating art, cooking, writing, reading, hiking, and camping.
